Rising Flow Course

What is in this course?

Rising Flow is a creative yoga sequencing course that you will ever experience.

Is a 25 hours continuing education course recognized by Yoga Alliance.

I have created this course to inspire you and to be inspired.

This is a 100% less cueing and more flowing and is made by a Teacher for teachers that need that little extra.

The method I have created is completely new, fresh, and full of new poses and new transitions, new flows and it will challenge you in the same time.

This was made by the need of just moving the body without always controlling what comes first and what comes after.

Rising Flow by Carlotta Castangia

Creative Yoga Sequencing Course.

Rising flow is my baby, is the most creative Yoga flows that you could possibly take in to any other class. Is made with passion and love and with many years of experience I created this special way to sequence your classes.

As a dedicated teacher and especially a dedicate practitioner and mostly a body mover lover, I was really in need of something absolutely still YOGA, but a bit more creative and a bit more that make me step out of what was obvious, out of a routine. And so rising flow still has all our favourite poses such like triangle reverse warrior or high lunge for example, I can’t live with these poses in my practice, but for example we use segments to warm up instead of traditional Surya Namaskara.

The Flows are enough challenging and a minimum of a yoga practice is required. If you have your 200 hrs this count as 25 hours continuing education that is yearly required by Yoga Alliance.
